Shelly has practiced Interior Design for more than a decade and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Design from CIDA Accredited, Radford University in 2005. Although she arrived as a California transplant, Shelly adopted southwest Virginia as her home. She values her career and her clients, “At its very core design is about helping people and I love that.”

Shelly has a history of versatile projects in variety of styles and disciplines from contemporary to traditional, transitional to eclectic. Her projects range from corporate, retail, healthcare, to retirement communities. Shelly strives for sophistication and timelessness in her designs and believes design involves constantly striving to maintain an equal balance between aesthetics and function. She is devoted to listening to people’s desires and combining them with the resources and information they need to achieve the best design possible.

Shelly’s philosophy is that you should never stop learning, “Change is constant in Design and you have to embrace it. Clients want Designers who know about the latest innovations.” Shelly currently lives with her husband and son in Roanoke, Virginia.
